In our other subsidized ventures we have a team of registered Professional Engineers, Architects, and surveyors licensed in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, with more than 25 years of experience in site development, civil engineering, and building design. In addition, we hold both Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) and Unrestricted Construction Supervisor (CSL) licenses in Massachusetts, providing comprehensive expertise in engineering, construction, and project oversight from concept through completion.
